Founder Insight: People Quit People, Not Companies.

Leaders hear this all the time, but most don’t realize how deep it runs. I learned it long before stepping into a boardroom. Growing up deaf, I became attuned to what leaders often miss: the gap between what people say and what they actually feel. The truth lives in micro-cues, energy shifts, and what isn’t being said.
